Meet QBert! QBert was rescued from IACS. He is a young pitbull mix around 55 pounds and about 1.5 years old. QBert failed his food bowl test which is why he was placed as a rescue only, however, we have had no issues with him at the sanctuary so we believe it may have just been the shelter environment. QBert is a mischievous, goofy boy! He is all puppy with a lot of energy and he loves to play! He absolutely loves other dogs and people too! He is also good with cats. QBert is a smart boy and eager to learn. Already he has learned sit, stay, wait, leave it, come, roll over and high five. We are working on off leash training now. Once QBert has gotten his energy out for the day he becomes a big snuggle bug. This boy just wants affection from his humans! He is not overbearing but simply wants to be with you. He is very eager to please his people! QBert is house and crate trained. Great with people, dogs and cats. QBert is a big cuddle bug! QBert needs either another dog in the home or his human has to be very active and outdoorsy (hikes, walks, runs). We would prefer a fenced in yard as QBert needs space to run (and be contained). He does well with children and could do well with young children as long as they are dog friendly and know how to treat a dog properly. Interested In QBert?
