About Brendel

Hey, hey, hi!! Yeah, over here- I'm Brendel! I'm an 18 month old Pointer mix! I came from a shelter where I was going to be put down until WAAL saved me! I'm a bouncy fella who is always ready for a good time - car rides are my favorite. I'm always thrilled to go for a drive! Maybe I'll even learn to drive some day (ha��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD%BD|kidding!)! I'm a goofy love-bug who loves attention and brightening everyone's day - it's hard to have a bad day when I'm around! I just love to be near my people and I'm happy all the time! It's contagious. I know I could make you smile. I walk great on a leash so you could spread the happy throughout the neighborhood. I'd even go by myself if you let me so you better have a tall fence! I've chased a cat before but I swear, I just wanted to play - WAAL can do a safe introduction with any in your home and we can see how it goes. I would probably do best with big kids or kids who are used to a larger dog that could wrestle with me and play! I'm housetrained and love chewy toys, too. My foster has taught me lots of commands and I even read hand signals - I'm super smart! I need a bigger yard where I can get my energy out and I'd do best with another dog so I can have a playmate. I'm not fond of a kennel, so I'd need some training if you plan to kennel me at all. I'm neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and heartworm negative!
