About Biff

Biff's story is a very special one and he asked us to share it with you. All we know about Biff's background is that he came from a house with approximately 100 other Chihuahuas - a hoarding situation. He was about 6 months old when he was rescued and had a long recovery from Demodex mange. Biff never had any socialization with people and is quite nervous, but his foster mom is helping him through that. If he is off leash now, he is very protective of her. Biff is scared and shy when he first meets people, but he does and will warm up. Biff needs a very special patient and loving home to help him gain confidence and learn to trust. He is good with other dogs once he knows his limits and will definitely do best with another dog or two in the household. Any more than that he gets overwhelmed. Biff is crate trained but still needs some work on house training - with a consistent routine he does very well. He will not be adopted out into an environment with children under the age of 12 years old because of his shy nature. Biff is neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date with vaccinations. His adoption fee is $150.
