Sweet, svelte Cici came to New Rattitude when her owner could no longer care for her and surrendered her to a shelter. Suffering from an eye infection, slightly underweight, and in need of spaying, she required a little extra care in the beginning, but this pretty little princess had no problems with the pampering! Cici endured her medications, baths, and recovery without a single complaint. Though the fur around her eyes is still growing back, the infection has been treated, and her weight is up to the goal of 11 to 12 lbs. Cici's 9 years of experience have equipped her with lovely qualities. She's a gentle, tolerant, and largely quiet girl, who adores being held and petted or sleeping in her crate with lots of soft blankets to nestle under. She loves to chase and shake plush toys and would welcome another dog to snuggle and play with. She gets along with all her canine foster siblings, big and small, as well as with children and grown-ups. Cici does have the Rattie love of the hunt, so she cannot go to a house with cats or other small, uncaged animals. Quite the little lady at all other times, she's house-trained and will go to the door when she needs to go out. She walks well on the leash, but she would love to have a fenced yard to allow her to do her business, chase bugs and squirrels, and explore at her leisure. Little Miss Cici looks forward to having new companions to love and snuggle, some new toys to toss and shake, and a home to cherish happily ever after. ------------------------------------------------------ IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING CICI, please go to new Rattitude's website at http://www.NewRattitude.org/adopt.htm, where there is detailed information and a link to our adoption application.
