About Correa, Adopted

Boxer
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

'My name is Correa, I am a 3-4 year old female sweetie. I have not been with my foster family very long, but I can tell you it is WAY better than living on the streets! I am still figuring out who to trust and quickly learning the wonderful world of cushy dog beds and night time cuddles. I have made friends with the other boxer boys in the house, and the other little doggies. I am not quite sure what the point of toys are, nor am I 100% sure how to play with another dog (I have a little bit and it was fun, but I think I just need a bit more time). I am happy to share my food, even though my foster family tells me I need all the groceries I can get. I will get in the crate, but it causes me anxiety, so I pant and whine a lot (or so I'm told). I am potty trained and do know how to sit and shake. I am told I have an umbilical hernia that will need to be fixed, and once I am healed from that, I will have to go through heartworm treatment. I am hoping to be ready for my forever family at the beginning of December. As I continue to figure out this amazing new world, I will keep everyone updated on me.
