About Clarabelle

Clarabelle was saved by a good Samaritan from the streets of Mexico in terrible shape. She has healed tremendously and is ready for her furever home! She is a gentle and loving dog who would be the ideal loyal companion for someone who wants a dog with them whenever they are home or even wherever they go. She sits quietly next to you when you are on the couch, sleeps at the foot of your bed (or closer if you allow it) and follows you wherever you go. She also appears to be a good watch dog barking only when appropriate. She is house trained, crate trained and is learning the basic commands. She is smart and shows a willingness to learn and is very proud when she gets a 'good girl'. She quickly acclimated herself into our family and made friends with our dogs. She is playful with the cutest spring in her step when she comes running. She is a little bit rough when she plays, and other dogs in the family should be easy going and non-aggressive. Belle does not like cats and should not be placed in a home with them. We can't say enough good about this dog and with a little more training she will be the ideal companion for some lucky owner.
