WAGS RESCUE WELCOMES SHELBY... This girl has not had the best of life since being born. BUT.. all that changed when she came into the rescue and the most fabulous foster mom Tammie Kolb took her into her loving arms. Shelby is playful so she wanted to go across the street to play with kids, dogs and anyone who would welcome her. SO, instead the owners kept her in a pen. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. An amazing 13 month old girl who is enjoying the best of life now and will make any family the perfect fit. She is Lab and Catahoula mix. Perfect mixture of fun and beauty. APplay at wags-rescue.org
