About Mona

Meet Mona, a Southern belle who arrived from Kentucky after her owner died. Initially shy and withdrawn, Mona has blossomed into the leader of the pack of smaller dogs in her foster home. She loves to run and wrestle with them, but then likes to bask on the deck in the sun. Mona is housebroken. She figured out the dog door pretty quickly and uses it regularly. Mona welcomes attention and loves being close to her person; she is liberal with her kisses, wagging her little tail all the time. Her big, dark eyes will melt your heart. Mona is inquisitive and bold when playing with her pack and yet demure when she receives attention. She does well with all other dogs in the house and, although she loves being active, she also welcomes a chance to burrow under her fuzzy blanket to take a warm nap. Mona is always up for car rides whether short or long. She just looks out the window in anticipation of the adventure to come. Mona is a six-year old brindle Boston Terrier. She is spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on her immunizations. Mona would love to be in a home with another very active dog or two.
