About Cilantro

Rabbit
Age: Baby
Sex: Female

Cilantro 132 17-59 Spayed Female Californian (Albino) 3 Months old White / Silver 3.5 pounds I was surrendered to the rescue by someone who drove from Winston Salem NC to Wilmington to make sure that I went to a good home. The person who surrendered my Mom and Dad (with a litter of babies) said that we were dropped off at her house and 3 days my Mom gave birth to a litter of babies. The person that surrendered us to the rescue said they could not find anyone that wanted us other than people who intended to eat us. Cilantro is aloof, nervous, shy and friendly. The shelter describes me as a 'Violet' which means that the primary behaviors that were observed was cowering, hiding, and thumping along with a little occasional exploring and startling. I am a shy rabbit. In a home, violets may still cower, hide, thump, and startle occasionally but will still usually blossom out to explore, groom, and present for petting. Violets usually do best in homes with adults only but with a little nurturing can become gentle, sweet companions. They may get along well with other rabbits, but if the other rabbit is a tulip - bullying can occur. VIOLET BEHAVIOR MARKERS 'ۢ SHY AND ALOOF 'ۢ NERVOUS AND AFRAID 'ۢ NEEDS EXTRA NURTURING (TLC) TO COME OUT OF SHELL 'ۢ SUITED BEST WITH ADULTS
