About Turk

Turk is fostered in North Port, FL (Sarasota County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for fosters! Turk is a healthy miniature poodle of 8 years of age and 11 lbs. He was rescued from a breeder situation. He is submissive, sweet and fairly quiet. He loves toys and will carry them around. He does well with other dogs and will snuggle up with another small dog. He is a lap dog and will make a nice companion. He dances on his hind feet. He tolerates grooming well and is just an easy boy. At this time we recommend no young kids for his home, but older respectful kids are fine. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped and heartworm negative. As a senior dog, Turk's standard��%BD%A0adoption donation is $250, however he can be adopted by a senior 65+ for $150 through our Seniors for Seniors program.
