UPDATE: This lovely girl is doing so well now. She has put on weight, loves to be around people. And progressing very nicely overall. We are looking for an adult home and one large or giant male resident dog okay. Please do contact us to meet. This darling 5 year old Great Dane was rescued just a few days ago from a Socal shelter. She is extremely thin and not ready to go just yet. We are hoping to start minds thinking on whether this deserving Great Danes could get a second chance with you. She does not get along with small dogs and was surrendered to the local shelter because of a very serious incident between the Dane and a resident small dog. She was so very broken in spirit but already the wonderful people who staff the boarding facility where she is staying are saying how happy she is and how she is coming out of her shell. We humans cannot let her down again. We are looking for an experienced Great Dane home with no small dogs and preferably another Great Dane male or other giant breed male. No female giants please. She is a work in progress, but so very sweet. A couple of cuts and owies are healing nicely. She is doing well, eating well and wagging her tail. If you might be interested, please contact us. Siamantha goes home spayed, current on vaccinations and microchipped. She will also have supplements to continue with her rehab and healing.
