Stella Lucy was born about August 11, 2013 and weighs about 20 lbs. She is a doll and really wonderful with the other dogs and doesn't mind cats. She is fun and funny and ready for her new, and forever, home. This is all we know so far as the southern shelter asks no questions on intake as the reason is so often financial and they feel it is embarrassing. So we will be learning as we go and so will you.
