About Zoe

Meet Zoe - Zoe is a beautiful red coat Sheltie/collie mix - Zoe is 3.5 yrs. old and weighs approximately 40 lbs. She is a little reserved in the beginning, but will warm up quickly. She is very people oriented and prefers the company of humans. She is crate trained and loves her crate. She will willingly go in for nap times and dinner. Zoe is fully house broken. If she is in her crate she will bark to be let outside in the morning. Zoe enjoys playing fetch and is happy to bring back her ball for you to throw it again and again for her. Zoe walks well on a leash, but must have had some previous trauma with a leash going over her head. She will squeal if you try to attach a leash to her collar. We are working on a positive association with the leash. She has been working with a trainer weekly. She is current on vaccines, tested negative for heartworms, and spayed. Zoe would do best with older children and a quiet home and a fenced in yard. Zoe would benefit from continued obedience training and to a home that can be active with her.
