Topher is a special boy almost 2 years old. He came to us with some minor temporary brain damage from a dog attack. With some physical therapy and TKC this boy made a complete recovery. He has the sweetest temperament and loves to give and receive love. We are in no rush to loose him and are looking for the perfect loving caring home for this deserving boy.
