How do you spell happy? P-o-p-p-y! And her warm, wide smile simply confirms it. As does the easy breezy way she runs through the long grass of the yard, tail gaily wagging in the air. Mild mannered and gentle, she's content to watch the world from her doghouse in the shade, and although she loves human attention, she's very much a lady and never demands it. Knowing it's there for her, be it in the form of belly rubs, games of fetch or tasty treats, is often all the assurance she needs. Bright as the proverbial button, she knows her commands but often plays coy when it comes to responding to her name. Happiest when she's just being Poppy, what this mellow miss needs now is the tender love of a tranquil home to call hers fur-ever. Poppy would be happiest in a calm home with no children or other pets.
