About Coalie, Bobby, Flaxen

Adoption Fee: 75
American Bobtail / American Shorthair
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Hello! Our mom is an outdoor stray - she is not a wild/feral, but she is very cautious about people and everything because she is a smart mom! She got combo tested, spayed, and vaccinated and then went back to live where we all came from. We were young enough that the Feline Felicity lady decided to take us in and try to get us more used to people so that we could be adopted and hopefully have an easier life than our mom has. Coalie is the blue silver gray tabby. Flaxen is the smallest and very pale orange - almost like blonde/buff/apricot tabby. And Bobby is the darker orange and of course, bobtail, hence his name. We all get along great and have been introduced to other adult cats from 1 yr olds to seniors as well as a couple of very cat-friendly dogs who are about 45-55 lbs. We prefer people who are very cat experienced since we were born as feral kittens. And we do not like a lot of unpredictable chaos in the home, so young children and lots of coming and going company and stuff would probably not be good for us. We have all been combo tested negative, dewormed, have flea prevention applied, have three sets of fvrcp vaccines, our rabies vaccine, and two sets of leukemia vaccines. So, our annual exams and vaccines will not be due again until 2018. If you do not have any other cats, we would love to be adopted together so at least there are two of us and we will have a kitty friend all the time. We love to play, and we like company. We are still getting used to human companionship and will probably grow more loving toward people over time. As of right now, Coalie is the most attached to Ms Felicity. He sometimes talks to her and will give her little affectionate licks. Flaxen is the smallest and kind of a high-pitched cry-baby sometimes ... especially for food or attention. Bobby is brave and adventurous and has a human foot fetish, so you have to be careful he is not winding around your feet/legs when you are trying to walk. We are all very good boys about using the litter box - we use an extra large uncovered box and prefer the pine pellet natural litter (Tractor Supply's equine pine pellets in the 40# bag are the most cost effective) and we mainly eat TSC's 4Health All Life Stages or Purina One Indoor Advantage. We love just about any canned food. All we want for the 2017 is our forever tlc responsible family and indoor home!
