About Duke

I'm Duke, and I have been here at the Adoption Center for three months. I am trying very hard to stay positive but I want so much to be adopted. I know many of my pals have gotten adopted but I just keep getting passed by. I think I'm a pretty cool little dude. I am kind of a nice medium sized guy. I take treats very gently. I am very happy when the volunteers stop by my kennel and chat with me, take me for a walk or best of all, let me play in the play yard. I would like to have a day like that every day. If you think you would like to find a new best friend to play ball with, take walks with or just chill on the couch and watch some TV with stop in and let's meet. We just might find out we would be perfect for each other. I'll be waiting! Adoption fee is $105 which includes spay/neuter, combo and rabies shots, Bordetella vaccine, heartworm test and dog tags. (Although some of the dogs come to the pound spayed or neutered, most do not. If you adopt a dog that has not yet been spayed/neutered, we will set up an appointment for the dog to be spayed/neutered before it can leave the facility.)
