About Olive

Olive is lucky to be alive...literally. Her journey has been remarkable, and just short of a miracle, considering it started in Iraq. A military troop happened about a litter of puppies, which they could not leave there to fend for themselves. Only 4 survived, and after much red tape, paperwork, frustration, and quarantines - 2 came to Arizona with one of the men who found them. Now he is being stationed in Japan, and the rescue is going to help find Olive a home. She is about a yr old and weighs about 55 pounds. She is crate trained and potty trained. She gets along with other dogs. She is rambunctious and definitely an explorer of everything. She loves to be outside hanging out, running around, and playing with her toys. She loves to play with the foster kids in the home. She is a fun dog, and will brings lots of joy to whomever gets to adopt her! If you are interested in giving this girl her forever home stateside here in AZ, let us know!!! As part of your adoption package, each dog will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip (with lifetime registration), and be spayed/neutered. If the dog is not spayed or neutered at time of adoption, the adopter will be responsible to transport the dog, to and from dropoff/pickup point. Each dog will receive 6 mths of heartworm preventative medication. You will receive a free bag of premium dog food, and a gift card from Choice Pet Market. You are entitled to a free physical exam with one of our vets. Each of our dogs comes with 4 training classes that are mandatory to attend. These classes take place at Choice Pet Market in Chandler on a Tues or Wed evening from 6-7 pm, and will be scheduled after adoption.
