About Scooter

Scooter is a big boy, probably weighing in at about 70 pounds. This is not the best picture, as he is fluffier than this, but it had rained and he was a bit wet here and decided not to go in his kennel but stay in the rain some. He is in our dog play area here and likes being up on this high spot with the little dogs when they are out running and playing too. He came from a home with cats but not sure how they would fare if he were in a yard that was his and one came from outside his area. He enjoys affection and being with people. He is microchipped and was initially adopted from a PetSmart as a puppy. The owners home went into foreclosure and that is when we accepted him. His previous owner said that he enjoys being an inside/outdoor dog. They would bring him in the colder days during the winter. He seems to be a smart dog so while we cannot confirm that he is housebroken, I would assume as much because he doesn't even like to use the bathroom in his kennel.
