May is a quiet, sweet girl. She initially seems to like men best but definitely warms up to ladies after a week or so. She will take a couple of weeks to feel secure and comfortable but once she lets her guard down, she becomes a very playful, funny dog. She's good with other dogs with proper intro, does keep to herself at different parts of the day but also loves playing with her foster sisters. Is good on the lead, just need to be wary of other dogs running up to her. She loves sleeping under the doggy duvet at night. She also knows the sit and shake hands commands and would be easily trainable on others. We really think May is special and want to see her find a home! Here is her back story. May was set to die at Ramona Humane Society when one of our great friends and supporters contacted us with a potential foster to save her. We are so glad we could help. Look at that face! 'May' - Lab/Shepherd female Mix (looks like some bully in there also) This very pretty gal came to us as a stray so we estimate her age to be 2 years old, she weighs 51.9 lbs. May is very sweet, curious, loves to be out in our exercise yard! Runs around with glee when she's out there. She is beautiful. Cute, cute dog! Has the cutest, kissable face! May is up to date on shots, de-wormed, house-broken, spayed, and chipped. Currently in foster in California, but can be adopted in Oregon or Washington as well.
