About Noella

Meet Noella. No matter which picture we thought about posting, Noella looks like a medium sized dog. We're not sure what is so deceiving, but this girl is a 6-year-old chihuahua/Jack Russell terrier mix and weighs about 15 pounds. Her mesmerizing blue eye catches your attention, but her personality will steal your heart. This little girl has the lap dog desires of a small dog, but the readiness for exploring outdoors like a big dog. She's the best of both worlds. Noella lived the first part of her life child free and since the addition of two kids, she can get stressed out. She has never bitten, but does sometimes low growl to warn kids when the petting is too much. On the other hand she does sometimes choose to lay right in between the kids just to hang out. We think older, more predictable kids who know how to be gentle would be ideal for her. Noella has not been raised with other dogs besides the one other dog in her home. She would do best as an only dog in her new home. Noella does not like cats. Noella knows a few commands and has great house manners. She is trustworthy in the home without a crate and has been for many years. Noella also loves to ride in the car and run around off leash--she would best be suited for a home with a fenced yard. If she does go for a walk, she walks well on leash. She loves to sunbathe and to play with squeaky toys too. Noella is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. She is also solidly housebroken. If she has to be left alone for extended periods of time, she will also use potty pads.
