Meet Benjamin, a 2 year old, male, black and white, smoke (meaning the black color begins as a light color near the skin and eventually gets darker at the hair's end) tuxedo. Benjamin and his sibling, Catarina, were found during the hot summer of 2014 in an apt. parking lot as young kittens with their mom, Bonnie. Poor Bonnie was nursing them right there on the incredibly hot pavement. The little family were fed scraps by the tenants who took pity on them, but remained elusive. Benjamin is a mama's boy - he was (and is) always near his mom - and enjoyed being with her more than his siblings. While in a condo, Benjamin liked people and very much enjoyed being petted, however since he has run of the playroom, he has decided he is too busy to be pet. Once he is in a quiet home he will blossom quickly. Benjamin currently rates a 7-8/10 on our socialization scale, with 10 being a purrfect house cat. He is extremely bonded with Catarina and Bonnie, and they will need to be adopted together. This family is extremely close. Discount given for adopting the 3 of them. (Camille, their sibling) was adopted to a wonderful family and blossomed within a week.) He will need a quiet, low activity home and older children. Benjamin is neutered, had his 1st set of rabies and distemper vaccines, tested negative for feline leukemia, and microchipped.
