About Springles

Springles is a 6 year old neutered, purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He is current on his shots and microchipped. He is crate and house trained and is treat motivated. He needs an mature adult home with no kids or other pets. We prefer an adopter who is into home training using working with a dog trainer with behavioral experience. He knows a couple of basic commands. He has a reactive behavior due to a fearful nature when in unfamiliar or threatening situations. He travels well in a car. He is very relaxed with his foster mom and loves to be brushed. He is a 'verbal dog', not barking but actually gives low vocal sounds. He talks to his foster mom. He weighs about 28 lbs. He has a bite history so needs someone who can afford an in house dog behaviorist to work with recognizing his triggers. Placement limited to southern and central CA. He would be ideal for a very corgi savvy, hands on adopter who is mature and has no other pets.
