About Avenue (Avie)

Avie, 11 years young, is a very sweet, loving, and quiet lap kitty with beautiful light green eyes. Her previous owner surrendered her to us because she prefers a quiet, calm environment and became stressed when Owner and wife had 2 young children. He was heartbroken, but we assured him we would take very good care of her and find her the best home possible. Is that You? She would be great with older kids, though. She is strictly an Indoor cat, eats Hill's prescription diet c/d dry food(owner said she had a prior urinary tract infection), and needs clean, fresh water daily. She does not care for wet food at all. When she was just a baby, she was hit by a car on 8th Avenue here in FW, and cared for by a nearby veterinarian. That's how she got her name.
