About Pawlie

Pawlie is one of our longest residents...you might say sometimes it feels like 'fur-ever'... but he is an amazingly special dog, and needs the perfect hoomans. You see, Pawlie loves attention...but sometimes it takes him a while to trust you. We've observed him going behind his foster daddy when he's unsure of his surroundings... and he gets very excited when he sees him return ...even after only a few minutes. One might call him a 'Velcro' dog, once he's put his trust and faith in you. He is incredibly loving and snuggly - and ultimately very protective of his family. Pawlie is neutered, crate trained, and amazingly playful with other dogs once he gets to know them. For example, there are two female and one male dog in his foster home - and he gets along with them.�%A0But,�%A0sometimes his meets with other dogs don't go well, so we would recommend he be an only dog, if possible. He's a little confused about cats, though, thinking they are just fast playthings - so we wouldn't recommend kitties in the household. Older children would probably be okay, but little ones may be easily overwhelmed by him.�%A0 Won't you please bring him 'Home fur ...' er... home furever?
