About Love

Love is 3 years old and completely deaf. We decided to foster her after she was found wandering around a neighborhood for at least a week and we found out her owners abandoned her. She is a sweet high energy lover girl. She craves attention and loves to cuddle. She is completely housebroken, spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and microchipped. She is great with kids but if she gets riled up too much she does get very excited and will jump. It is very amusing to watch her chase a toy and pounce on it. I am not sure how she will do with other dogs. When we first got her she was fine with our 2 dogs but after a couple of months her and our female did not get along anymore and had to be separated. I'm not sure why. It just may have been a dominance thing as she lived with other dogs and a cat before she came to us. She sits on the couch like a human and loves to lay on the back of the couch and look out the window like a cat. When we first got her we had to stand outside with her for her to use the bathroom because she feared being abandoned again. She goes out no problem now but likes to come right back in. She especially loves getting her treat when she comes back in. She will sit down and wait for it. If you can give her all of the love and attention she deserves she will be your best friend.
