About Hank Williams

Hank is a sensitive, highly interactive and intelligent dog that needs a leader as his human. He likes to lean up against you and be your 'baby', look you in the eye and thinks the bed is his :). This was a Death Row dog that is supposed to be a 4 year old Shepherd/ Canaan Mix, but might have Basenji . Only DNA would prove his actual breeds. The shelter said Canaan mix, but I think he looks like he might have some German Shepherd. He weighs approx 49-55 lbs. All shots current, neutered and HW Negative. I've worked with him, trained, and behavior mod'd him quite a bit, and he has been highly progressive. He has started to be good with my dogs and cats, and needs a slow introduction. The path he had gone down was very difficult for him and he needs permanence. He knows most the commands and his food aggression is moderate now. Crate feeding will be a constant for him.
