'Ponzi' American Bully Mix Age:7-8 (Updated) Hi I'm Ponzi, I was adopted out a few years ago, and lived with my doggie and Kitty friends, I was very happy until my owner got in trouble and had to go to jail, she left me in the care of her boyfriend who left us in a condemned trailer with no food or water for 2 weeks, we almost died. The rescue came by to do a welfare check and animal control had arrived thanks to a concerned neighbor, and the rescue was horrified of our condition and they got me back, the boyfriend was charged with animal cruelty and thank God I am safe now, but unfortunately I was separated from my friends and now I am stuck at the cold lonely loud kennel, its very depressing but I had hope and was spared from death row a few years ago and I am hoping now that I can find a real forever family that is stable and would just love me and give me lots of belly rubs, I promise I will be loyal and love you with all my heart if you just give me a chance! UPDATE: Ponzi was adopted 2 years ago into a wonderful home, he is now returned to our rescue because his adopters dad said he was allergic to him, so after all he has been through he is now back with us in boarding because we have no foster homes open, this poor boy cannot catch a break, please if you are interested in meeting him contact: Starr Sterling [email protected] 770-757-0881
