About Neptune

On March 19th, 2016, Neptune arrived at the Chula Vista shelter as a stray. His owners never came for him. Since then, Neptune lived in a kennel...alone. Recently, after many months at the shelter, Neptune is now in a foster home. He is a 7 year old, 11 lb, neutered male chihuahua mix. He has a rare and beautiful smoke colored coat. Neptune is a good looking dog. He likes people and really just needs a home to call his own. Neptune would be happiest as an only dog. Neptune (aka Taquito) is quiet and calm. He has had his teeth cleaned and is current on his vaccines. Although he is generally quiet, he will make a good watch dog. We hope you will consider adopting or even fostering Neptune.
