Fort Worth, TX Sadie is so sweet and laid back. Her foster mom thinks she just needs a home that she can relax and be comfortable in. Her foster mom Sadie is pretty spoiled.... She is crate trained. When her foster family tells her to go to bed, she'll go up and get in her crate. Sometimes she just goes in there to chill on her own. Good with kids, she does sleep with her human foster sibling and she has quiet the setup! Her human sibling has a trundle bed, so the lower mattress is Sadie's own twin sized mattress she sleeps on each night. At bedtime, her human foster sibling comes down in pajamas, and Sadie hops right up and heads upstairs. She even loves a good pillow and blanket! Sadie also loves walks and enjoys car rides! She tends to bark and pull toward other dogs, and she likes to think she can still chase a squirrel when she sees them, but other than that she's great on leash. Sadie loves her food, but don't worry, she has good manners and doesn't beg when her family eats. That being said, she won't pass up a little piece of meat while her foster mom cooks or packs lunches. Her fur sibling tried to eat out of her bowl, and she does NOT like that, but she never got aggressive. So, it would just be best to feed dogs seperately. It doesn't seem as though Sadie knows any basic obedience although she is well-mannered. She also doesn't play with toys. Her foster mom noticed she doesn't like when people raise their voices. Her foster siblings are 11 and 9 years old and tend to argue or carry on, or I'll yell up the stairs to them, etc. When she hears yelling, she goes right up to her crate, so potential adopters should be conscious of that. Considering giving the 5-6 year old girl the home she deserves!
