About Cecil

9/28/18 marks two years, yes two years that Cecil has been with us. He is a very unique case and needs someone just as special to understand and give him the proper amount of time, love, and a forever home so he can finally have his happy ending. Cecil loves all humans but because of his high energy, he'd benefit best in a home without young children. He was a stray before coming into our care, so we're not exactly sure what's happened in his past but we feel he's had a bad experience with a dog or multiple dogs for him to act the way he does around other canines. That being said, he'd like a home without other dogs or cats. Therefore, not the easiest placement BUT we know there is someone out there just waiting for him. Possibly with some consistent one on one attention and training, maybe he can eventually form friendships with other dogs. In the meantime, he needs a very understanding human to dedicate to him 110%. Cecil is neutered and completely UTD on vaccinations. His fee has been sponsored. He needs to find his forever home ASAP.
