About Chanel

Adoption Fee: $300
Rottweiler
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Female

Chanel is ready to blossom. In her present life with her teacher-trainer, she is learning to enjoy people and dogs. She is playful and sweet with humans and canine pack members she trusts. She is currently working on her introductions to strangers. Her tall, lanky frame and gait are unique. Chanel must have moderate exercise, playtime and socialization to stay healthy and happy. She loves to be right by your side, eager for direction and guidance. She is loving, goofy, affectionate and would appreciate a forever home where her person understands how to read her emotions and provide structure in a calm, assertive way. Free training for the human will be provided by her teacher to help Chanel transition into her new environment. This adoption is an invitation to learn and explore your own abilities as a calm, assertive leader. Chanel came from Orange County Shelter, she is six-years-old, and would do better in a home without small dogs or cats. She is housetrained and has been fostered in a home with other dogs. She is located in Southern California, but arrangements can be made to meet her. Chanel is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and is microchipped. She is located in Portland. Please contact us if you are interested in adopting, or even fostering, one of our dogs. We are a federal non-profit rescue. We do require a completed application and a home visit prior to adopting. Please go to our website to complete an application (quickest way to meet a dog). 541-782-THOR (8467) www.theheartofrescue.org
