ABOUT VINCE Vince, about two years (February, 2015), came to us from a San Diego shelter. He arrived there in horrific condition with deep bite wounds around his neck, face and legs. Because he was also emaciated, the shelter held him for a longer period to determine that he was basically healthy. Vince is now 57 lbs and looking good. Vince has been severely abused by a large bulky man and he is aggressive toward men of this stature. Vince will need patience, understanding, and encouragement - and an adopting family who understands his fear.. Vince has Hoppers (genetic spinal dysraphism) which impedes him not at all; however, he is not a candidate for jogging or long hikes. He's a special needs guy who doesn't recognize that he has special needs.
