Gracie was rescued from a high-kill shelter. She is the dog that dog trainers would use to see test another dog's temperament. Why? Because Gracie loves everyone and everything. We say, 'if he don't get along with Gracie, he don't get along!' Gracie thinks she is a lap dog. She has all the playfulness of a puppy, yet is intent on cuddling and basically SLEEPING on top of you. She has no idea of her body size and weight :) She needs a little bit of training on leash walking but otherwise, she is not destructive and knows how to immediately blend into a household. She is kennel trained and is very patient and looking to please. She desperately needs a family of her own. A family that will make her their baby. When she was first rescued from the shelter she had another name, but we had to change it to Grace--because we feel that anyone that owns her is being graced. She is not a digger or a fence jumper. She waits her turn in the pack. Can you open your heart to Gracie? Please text me at 319-471-0752 or email me at [email protected]
