About Brooke

Brooke is available through an adoption process. Contract, home checks etc.. Adoption includes UTD on vaccines, micro chipped, heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, spay/neuter. Female. Dachshund mix around 6-7 years old. Super laid back girl and just so sweet. She grunts when she is excited, sounds like a little piglet! Brooke is good with all dogs, cats, children and adults. Brookes heartworm test came back negative. However, they are seeing baby worms in the blood. So she is just being treated with heartworm preventative to kill off the babies to keep her from becoming heartworm positive. She is being treated with Trifexis, which she is to stay on until the baby worms are gone, then she can be switched to whatever brand of HW preventative you use.
