Phoebe is a fabulous 6 year old Cattle Dog Mix who was surrendered because the family's other dog wouldn't tolerate her. It wasn't Phoebe's fault. She has been living with 20 dogs and gets along like a champ. Phoebe has been a loved pet and has been well cared for.
