Hazel is a brilliant dazzle of color and is known as a 'Catahoula Bulldog', a mix between Catahoula Leopard and American Bulldog. Her extremely loving, laid back personality is all American Bulldog. Her silvery, black, and red streaks of unique brindle are all catahoula. She has it all, looks and personality. She is a tad overweight due to the fact she was abandoned and had to make do with donated scraps on the roadside until rescue found her. She does vow never to be hungry again and we see that she isn't. She gets along wonderful with large and small dogs, but insist they not eat her food. The foster home doesn't have cats, but she is not a squirrel chaser. She mostly is just very gentle and loving. She is about 2 years old and has just finished her slow kill heart worm treatment and will be retested in a month. Hazel really just wants some love and attention. She does do well with her foster mom's grandchildren as well. If you have a little extra love and are able to give her some attention, she'd love to be your best friend.
