Tessa was born to a feral mother, but Tessa was taken in by the rescue at an early enough age to be socialized. Tessa is very friendly. She was the first kitten in her litter to accept people and to allow herself to be petted and picked up. Tessa is still a littly shy when she meets new people, but she quickly warms up to them. She enjoys being scratched. Tessa is curious, bold and playful, but she is also calm and restful. She has fun playing with her littermates and with us, but she also needs her quiet time. Tessa was well-behaved for the veterinarian, and she allowed him to examine and vaccinate her with no problems. Tessa has been vaccinated against Rabies, FVRCP (initial & booster), and FeLV (initial & booster). She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Tessa is a beautiful black and white cat, but she is not a typical tuxedo pattern. Her white markings are uniquely styled, making Tessa stand out and be noticed. Tessa will be a wonderfully friendly and loving companion. If you cannot adopt Tessa, please consider fostering her.
